Zaradi bolečin v hrbtenici in ramenih ter gornjem delu rok in neuspešne pridobitve napotnice za pregled sem v tujini opravila MR celotne hrbtenice. Imam tudi diagnosticirano fibromialgijo in izgorelost. Prosim vas za pregled in obrazložitev izvidov ter h kateremu specialistu se obrniti v Slo glede zdravljenja in ali je le to sploh potrebno po vašem mnenju. Stara sem 38 let, 2 otroka.

MRI OF THE CERVICAL SPINE

MRI TECHNIQUE:

Sagittal 4 mm sections T1 and T2 WI

Axial 4 mm sections T1 and FE/T2 WI

MRI FINDINGS:

Normal dimensions of the cervical spinal canal.

Straightened cervical curve mounting to curve reversal.

C5-6 posterior and right posterolateral disc protrusion is seen ventral subarachnoid space, abutting the cord and encroaching upon right neural exit pathway.

No evidence of disc herniation or significant bulge.

Normal size and signal intensity of the cervical spinal cord.

Normal cranio-cervical articulations.

Normal marrow signal intensity pattern of the cervical vertebrae.

No paraspinal soft tissue lesions.

OPINION:

C5-6 posterior and right posterolateral disc protrusion.

MRI OF THE DORSAL SPINE

MRI TECHNIQUE:

Sagittal 4 mm sections T1 and T2 WI

(plates 1, 2).

Axial 4 mm sections T1 & T2 WI

(plates 3, 4).

MRI FINDINGS:

Normal dimensions of the dorsal spinal canal.

Reduced bright T2 signal of mid dorsal intervertebral discs. multil

D6/7, D7/8 and D11/12 mild posterior disc bulges are seen encroaching upon ventral subarachnoid space without touching the cord. Multilevel Schmoral’s nodes of opposing vertebral end plates.

Normal size and signal intensity of the dorsal spinal cord.

Normal marrow signal intensity pattern of the dorsal vertebrae.

No abnormal paraspinal soft tissue lesions.

OPINION:

D6/7, D7/8 and D11/12 mild posterior disc bulges.

Preserved height and bright T2 signal of the intervertebral discs.

L4/5 mild posterior disc bulge is seen partially encroaching upon both neural exit pathways.

Normal size and signal intensity of the conus medullaris.

Normal marrow signal pattern of the vertebral bodies and their posterior elements.

No paraspinal soft tissue masses.

OPINION:

L4/5 mild posterior disc bulge.

Imate manjše protruzije diskusov (izbočenost ploščice) na nivojih C5-C6, treh v prsni hrbtenici in na nivoju L4-L5. Operacija ni potrebna, svetujem vaje za vratno hrbtenico, ramenski obroč in oblopatično muskulaturo za mišice serratus anterior, romboide in trapecius ter za globoko trebušno muskulaturo, stabilizacijske vaje za mišico transversus abdominis – PLANK in fizioterapijo v ZD (UZ, laser, MGT, IF, TENS).
