Čaj iz malinovih listov

V katerem tednu lahko pričnem piti čaj?Baje vpliva blagodejno na porod.

Prav danes sem govorila s prodajalcem, ki mi je povedal, da ga nosečnice lahko začneji piti v 34. tednu.

Jst sem se poroda bala, ker je mene mama od prihoda v porodnišnico rojevala 14 ur 🙁 in sem ga pridno pila od 34. tedna dalje in ne vem, če je čaj kaj imel pri tem, ampak od prihoda v porodnišnico (po administraciji, klistirju, tuširanju) sem rodila v dveh urah.

koliko na dan si ga pa pila?

jest ga trenutno pijem od 38 T dalje. ga pa 3x do 5x na dan.
enim pomaga enim ne, gre pa za to, da mehca vrat in menda se lazje odpiras in to je potem kao lazji porod.
ampak ni ga priporocljivo jemat pred 37T, to so mi rekli v porodnisnici, da se ne bi slucajno zacela odpirati v kaksnem tednu prej (zagotovo ne v 34!!!!!!! – je lahko nevarno in potem cerklaza, itd…).
ene pravijo lari fari, enim pomaga, jaz ga pijem zato,ker bi rada ze rodila. popadke imam zelo redne (ze 3x na ctg), odprta pa 1 cm ze skoraj 3 tedne!!!!!!!

eno skodelico na dan – ne naenkrat. Dan pred PDP mi je trebušček malo otrdeval. Zdravnik v porodnišnici je rekel, da je maternični vrat zmehčan in da se naj odločim ali želim ostati tam ali pa grem še eno kitico domov odspat in sem šla domov. Takrat sem bila odprta že 3cm. Ko sem se zjutraj zbudila, mi je začela odtekati voda, popadki so se krepili in smo šli..

Aja, na tujih spletnih straneh je še dosti teh čajev, ki pomagajo k lažjemu porodu še navadni komarček, zato sem pila otroški čaj Lumpi oz. otroški čajček. Baje ga patronažne priporočajo za pitje mamicam tudi pri dojenju, ker preprečuje krče pri otročku. Zasledila sem, da Indijanke za lažji porod pijejo čaj in vino iz indijankine trte (no, tega pa pri nas ni). Je pa zelo priporočljiv tudi čaj iz velike koprive v zadnjih tednih nosečnosti, ker vsebujejo veliko vitaminov, med njimi tudi vitamin K in kalcij, preprečuje krče in zmanjšuje bolečino itd.. Se mi zdi, da bo potrebno kakšnega zeliščarja vprašat, kako je s čajem koprive in koliko ga je potrebno popiti Sem še angleški tekst zraven prilepila, če se bo kateri dalo brat..

“NETTLE LEAVES (Urtica Dioca)

Less well known as a pregnancy tonic but deserving a kinder reputation and use, Urtica is one of the finest nourishing tonics known. It is reputed to have more chlorophyll than any other herb. ~ Aiding the kidneys. Nettle infusions were instrumental in rebuilding the kidneys of a woman who was told she would have to be put on a dialysis machine. Since the kidneys must cleanse 150 percent of the normal blood supply for most of the pregnancy, nettle’s ability to nourish and strengthen them is of major importance. Any accumulation of minerals in the kidneys, such as gravel or stones, is gently loosened, dissolved and eliminated by the consistent use of nettle infusions.

~ Increasing fertility in women and men.
~ Nourishing mother and fetus.
~ Easing leg cramps and other spasms.
~ Diminishing pain during and after birth. The high calcium content, which is readily assimilated, helps diminish muscle pains in the uterus, in the legs and elsewhere.
~ Preventing hemorrhage after birth. Nettle is a superb source of vitamin K, and increases available hemoglobin, both of which decrease the likelihood of postpartum hemorrhage. Fresh Nettle Juice, in teaspoon doses, slows postpartum bleeding.
~ Reducing hemorrhoids. Nettle’s mild astringency and general nourishing action tightens and strengthens blood vessels, helps maintain arterial elasticity and improves venous resilience.
~ Increasing the richness and amount of breast milk.”

Ali pa doma ali pri znancih natrgaj liste in pij čas. Jaz jih bom posusila, ker bo takrat zima.
